Shuttle Service

We’ll have buses departing from the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Midtown East at 5:00 PM and returning from Wave Hill at 12:00 AM.

Shuttles will not be leaving the Loews Regency; please walk to the Courtyard if you staying at the Loews for pickup.

Everyone is welcome to use the shuttles, whether or not you’re staying at one of the hotels! If you’re a NYC local, we encourage you to take one of the buses for an easy ride to and from the venue.

Public Transportation

For those coming from the other boroughs, we recommend taking the shuttle from the hotel, otherwise the ride to Wave Hill can be quite long. However, if you’re taking public transportation, there are a few options to get to the venue:

Subway: Take the 1 train to 231st Street or 242nd Street. From there, you can take an Uber or walk to the venue. We don’t recommend, as it’s a local train and the ride from Manhattan can be quite long.

Metro-North: Take the Hudson Line to Riverdale Station, then walk about 15 minutes uphill or take an Uber.

Parking

For those driving, on-site parking is available at Wave Hill, with approximately 30 parking spaces reserved for our guests. There should be plenty of room for everyone who plans to drive!
